Devised by Dr. Karl Scherer, each one of this series of beautifully handcrafted puzzle pendants
can be worn around your neck (especially in the small version) or can be used as a pastime.
The pendants are professionally silverplated and come with a description of the solution.

The problem is to take the string totally off the puzzle without using any force.
Each pendant poses a different challenge and each one has a different solution.

Each of these puzzles is accompanied by a little story about its "mysterious origin".
So dive into the mysteries of the past and let yourself get puzzled...

Solutions:
Only the standard six puzzle types come with a solution sheet.
However, the solution to the Double Heart puzzle can be looked up online, see my page with puzzle images.

Plating:
Each puzzle is hand made and professionally silver plated.
The medium and large puzzles are tin plated.
Tin is not quite as shiny as silver, but it is guaranteed never to tarnish.
The type of plating can be changed; details see above.

Silver Cleaning:
Silver oxidises at different rates depending on the atmosphere and use to which it is put.
It is sulphur which causes the oxidation, be it in the atmosphere or in food like eggs and brussel sprouts.
Over long periods, this can also effect silver plated puzzles, despite the fact that they have a "chrome flash" protection layer.
If a puzzle starts to tarnish, it can be easily cleaned with any silver cleaning tool, such as:
- a "silver cloth"
- silver cleaning agents
- or (best) with an Aluminium Silver Cleaning Plate (plus hot water and washing soda), available for example as
  "Inca Superclean" from  Acecroft Pty Ltd, Australia, or Acecroft New Zealand Ltd.
  Just add the plate and soda to hot water, put the silver items onto the plate and leave them alone for ten minutes.
  There is no rubbing, scrubbing or any other cleaning action to do at all.
