A Difficult Dissection Into Two Parts

The Golden Bee

The solution is called the "Golden Bee", because it looks like a lower case letter B
and its side lengths are closely related to the famous Golden Ratio:
 


 PROOF:

In October 2000,  I could actually prove that amongst the polygons with six or less sides,
the Golden Bee is the only solution to this problem.
