The Max board with Max tiles;
that's how Max looks when you buy it (various color combinations available).
The black triangles are raised parts of the hexagonal board.
They act as walls so that the tiles do not fall off.
(size : about 30 cm or 12 inches)
(tiles : 60 pieces in 3 colours)
(material: acrylic, handcut)
Contains small parts - not suitable for children under 6 years

MAX = MAX Board Game + MAX Puzzle with 88 challenges
MAX - is a board game, but also...
         - contains hundreds of interesting, challenging and difficult puzzles
(88 puzzle problems come with the standard set of 60 tiles; see below)

The Max Game:
(Abbreviated) Game Rules:
Number of Players: 2 - 3.
Board: The playing area for the MAX Game is the star shaped area.
The tiles can be placed anywhere on the board.
Goal: The goal is to connect a tip of the six-pointed star with another tip by building a fence
consisting of your tiles (i.e. of   your colour). In a fence, the tiles have (at least) to touch at a vertex.
For each connected tip the player gets one point. So for a connecting fence you get two,
three, four, five or six points, depending on how many tips of the start you have
         connected.
If there is a draw (i.e. the two top scoring players in this round have the same number of tips connected),
then the one with the longer fence (chain of connected tiles) earns one additional point.
The length of a fence is determined by the number of tiles in it.
The round is finished if no more tiles can be laid onto the board or if the players run out of tiles.
After the predetermined number of rounds the points are added.
The player with the most points wins.

The Max Puzzle:
